  First time to went there ever even though it's been there for several years. Iwent through drive-thru. After I ordered, she told me she would have my total at the window. I asked why can't I have the total now. She told me $6.22. Got up to the window and she said $6.42. I asked her again how much. She repeated $6.42 in a rude tone. I told her I was told $6.22 and handed her $6.50 and I didn't appreciate her being rude. She dropped a quarter and just stood there staring at me. She expected me to open my door and pick up the quarter. I was so close to the window I couldn't open my door. I was so upset by the way she was treating me, I took another quarter out of my pocket and tossed it on the counter. She got pissed off and handed me back my money and told me to get out of her drive-thru. I said what's your name and was trying to pronounce it from her name tag. The most I can remember reading was "Okaena". She tried covering her name tag. If she's an actual Manager it's a big joke. Couldn't barely understand her due to her accent during the whole incident. So as I was driving away, she yelled at me again get out of my drive-thru. I had a few choice words for her I yelled out my window. Their prices and selection are bad. I would have been better off stopping at a local restaurant and paying extra in a tip with actual real customer service. If people don't like their jobs and can't deal with customers in a polite manner, they should find a different job. But she probably couldn't find another job somewhere else with her attitude. What ever happened to good customer service. I would never recommend this Carl's Jr. to any locals.
